At Atlantis Sports, we believe in the power of sport to connect, engage and inspire individuals of all ages and abilities to get physically active. We are on a mission to get the local community active and improve mental and physical wellbeing through sport and education.
Our long-term goal is to have educated, engaged and empowered individuals across the UK to get active, prompting a healthier and more active lifestyle, becoming the best version of themselves physically and mentally.
As a not-for-profit organisation, all our activities are built to benefit the local community. We offer a range of services to help people get active and educated on mental health topics. Our multi-sports club helps children aged between 7 and 16 get active, meet new people and overcome obstacles. We also offer team building and sporting events to help people bond, be active and ultimately have fun.
Alongside this, we offer free mental health education to help the community to understand and manage their mental health. For any specific mental health help, we recommend you visit one of our partners.
100% of profits are split between donations to charities and being re-invested back into the business to improve and expand our services to help more people. Help us to achieve our goal by donating now.

Our Story
Our company was founded with a mission to improve mental health and wellbeing through sport. We believe physical activity is a powerful tool for promoting mental health and that sport can be a fun and engaging way to improve individual’s lives.
The dreaded C word, COVID, has had a significant impact on mental health not just across the UK, but globally. Studies have shown that the pandemic has led to an increase in stress, anxiety and depression amongst individuals. The isolation and uncertainty has also been a major contributor to mental health decline.
Sport has proven to play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome mental health problems. Physical activity has shown to improve stress, anxiety and depression. It also improves mood, self-esteem and can help individuals sleep better – just to name a few.
We started our company on the basis to provide individuals with the opportunity to engage in sport and physical activity in a safe and supportive environment. All our services have been tailored to boost mental and physical wellbeing. We want to help individuals of all ages, some way or another, to remain mentally and physically healthy.
Mental health education can provide numerous benefits, such as: empowering individuals to recognise and ask for help for themselves or someone they know by noticing the signs; reducing the stigma and misconceptions around this taboo topic; and have greater control of managing their mental health. Whereas sport can help individuals build resilience and control their emotions, leading to happier and healthier lives.
We understand the importance of social support in promoting mental health, that’s why we have started this community interest company (CIC) – to bring the local community together and battle mental health as one.
