These terms govern your team’s participation in the chosen event:

1. Event Admission:
   • By registering for the event, you agree to these terms between Atlantis Sports and your registered team. If registering on behalf of another team, you must ensure they are aware of and accept these terms.
   • Uncooperative or physically/mentally assaultive participants may be removed from the venue by security without warning. Failure to identify such players will result in the team forfeiting their participation rights and being escorted out. No refunds will be provided for individuals/teams removed.
   • By attending the event, you grant Atlantis Sports the right to record, film, photograph, or capture any media of you for online use.
   • Indoor venues strictly prohibit drinking; violators will be removed by security. Drinking is allowed on the outside field, but littering or excessive intoxication may result in removal for safety reasons.
   • Atlantis Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the designated “safe area” at sporting venues. Valuables should be kept in vehicles.
   • Atlantis Sports reserves the right to change aspects of the event due to factors like poor weather conditions.
   • Participants are not required to bring equipment; the venue will provide it. Personal equipment may be brought for sports if desired such as football boots / shin-pads / tennis rackets etc.
2. Fees:
   • Full payment is required upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined, Atlantis Sports will contact you for correct payment within 48 hours. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the spot being given to another team.
   • Withdrawals made at least 1 month before the event are eligible for a 75% team refund (25% deducted for admin costs/venue hire). Withdrawals within 2-4 weeks receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for withdrawals within 2 weeks, but notifying Atlantis Sports is appreciated to open the spot for another team.
   • In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., global crisis, extreme weather) leading to event cancellation, Atlantis Sports may reschedule or cancel the event. Participants can claim up to a 75% refund of the participation fee. The remaining fee will cover contracters, suppliers, venue costs and a donation to charity.
   • To request a partial refund, email contact@atlantis-sports.com with the subject “REFUND” and provide full name, refund percentage, 6-digit sort code, and 8-digit account number.
