This page sets out the terms and conditions (T&C’s) on which Atlantis Sports Community Interest Company (we, us, our) supply our products and services to members of the public.

  1. Our Rights
    1. We reserve the right to:
      1. Amend both of our T&C’s and privacy policy without any notice suitable to us. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check the changes, if any.
      2. Modify/amend any part of our social media platforms (including the website) without any notice
      3. Postpone/Cancel dates of events/festivals if we deem the health and safety does not meet our requirements to produce a safe environment for anyone on site. This includes any unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather. We will try our best to let you know as soon as possible but ultimately it will be down to the individual to check our website/social media/emails to have a status update the morning of the event. In this instance, we will not be held liable to any costs incurred to you. If the event is postponed, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new dates, however in the situation of a cancelled event, you may contact us to receive a 50% refund.
      4. Remove any individual(s) from our site due to any ill-mannered behaviour. These individuals will not be eligible for any compensation if removed from our site.
  2. Site Use
    1. You may only use our site for lawful purposes.
    2. Certain aspects of our site will permit you to enter some content of your own i.e. team name / individual names. Where this is the case, the content must NOT contain any inappropriate material (offensive, discriminative, disrespectful). We have the right to remove the team from any events/festivals should they input inappropriate content.
    3. We may input individual participant names onto our site for certain events. Anyone taking part agrees to having their name visible on the website.
  3. Privacy Policy
    1. We follow the Data Protection Act 1998
    2. We shall process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy
    3. We use your information for any of the following: orders, products, payments or communications.
  4. Intellectual Property
    1. All contents on the website are owned by Atlantis Sports Community Interest Company by applicable law.
    2. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download or source any code for any purpose without written permission from us.
    3. All photographs and videos taken at any events are the property of Atlantis Sports Community Interest Company and may be used for promotional use. Images must be supplied to us directly within 2 weeks of the event and the images must not be used, published or sold without our permission.
  5. Our Liability
    1. We will not be held responsible for any errors or issues you may encounter on our site. If we are informed of any issues, we will attempt to fix this as quickly as we can.
    2. We will not be held accountable for any direct or indirect loss or damage that you may incur from our services
  6. Events
    1. Your possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance to the event T&Cs and provides you entry to the event – as a performer, vendor, spectator, or participant.
    2. You will only be allowed to enter the venue with a valid wristband (received upon arrival)
    3. Alcohol will be served at some events. If you look under 25, you will be required to prove your age. Please ensure you always carry a valid photo ID with you if you wish to purchase alcohol.
    4. Any individuals under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. We do not provide any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any U18s on site. We have safeguarding and H&S procedures in place, however it is the parent/guardian’s duty to look after any young children on site.
    5. Under 5s have free admission but must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder at all times.
    6. Your e-ticket will be replaced by a festival wristband upon arrival. You MUST keep your wristband on at all times. Anyone without a festival wristband will be removed from the festival immediately due to H&S procedures. If your wristband is removed or broken, it will be void and you will be refused access to the venue. It is your responsibility your wristband remains on your wrist at all times for the duration of the event. Lost or damaged wristbands will NOT be replaced by us.
    7. If you seek to gain entry using a void ticket/wristband, we reserve the right to evict you from the premises and you may be liable to legal action for trespassing.
    8. You may be able to obtain a ticket on the door if we have capacity. Any SOLD OUT events will mean we do not have any more capacity for spectators and anyone without a valid ticket will not be able to enter the venue. Keep an eye out on our website to see if the venue if sold out. We recommend you purchase an online ticket to guarantee entry.
    9. We can only accept tickets bought from us directly as we have names associated with order numbers. If your name does not match that of the ticket, you will be refused event entry.
  7. Security
    1. Atlantis Sports Community Interest Company will have security on site for all events for the safety of everyone at the venue.
    2. We reserve the right to remove any individual from our venue without compensation where any T&C’s are breached.
    3. Searching is a condition upon entry. You will be searched upon entry and may be body/bag searched anywhere on site at any time by security during the event should we deem necessary.
    4. Any items considered dangerous will be confiscated, and those in possession will not be permitted into the venue.
    5. Any individual carrying any illegal substances will be refused entry and will be handed over the police immediately without compensation.
    6. Any of the following items are prohibited at any of our events: Alcohol, Drugs, Glass, Lasers, Fireworks/Smoke bombs, animals (exception to assistant dogs), Drones, or unauthorised professional photography/filming equipment.
  8. Payments
    1. Our prices include VAT
    2. On our site visit the donate page to see how you may donate
    3. All events will be cashless – but we will accept cash donations to be made.
    4. Any product purchased will only be passed on to you once full payment has been received
    5. Balance for the multi-sports club will be due on the 28th of each month for the upcoming month. Full balance must be paid for your child to attend.
  9. Cancellations/Refunds
    1. Team tickets purchased through our site are only 50% refundable IF we are able to replace you with another team.
    2. Spectator tickets are non-refundable. You may be able to ‘transfer’ the name of your ticket to someone else by contacting us – but the payment transfer of the ticket will be down to you and that individual.
    3. In the event of a postponement, tickets will be valid for the new event date
    4. In the event of a cancelled event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund if you contact us with a submitted form within 14 days.
    5. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled festival, you will be eligible for a 80% refund if you submit the refund form within 14 days of being notified.
  10. General
    1. Upon purchasing a ticket, you consent to being included in any photography / videography on site.
    2. You must comply with any instructions given to you at any stage by us, Event staff, Security or Sport officials.
    3. We kindly ask due to the nature of the events, you smoke only in the designated smoking areas
    4. Rubbish should be placed in the rubbish bins located around the venue
    5. There may be excessive loud music including strobe lighting during some performances.
    6. No animals, other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
    7. We do not accept any liability for personal or property loss/damage or injury sustained at our event. Attendance at our events is at your own risk. We will have H&S policies in place to limit the risks.
    8. Parking will be available on site. Park at your own risk.
    9. At the time of booking, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide us with information relating to an attendee’s physical or mental health.
