We want to help people with mental health issues because everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. Mental health plays a crucial role in overall wellbeing and affects how we think, feel and act, causing a significant impact on daily life such as relationships. When mental health issues are left untreated, it can lead to more serious problems.

Sport can be a powerful tool in this regard, providing a positive outlet for emotions and stress; promoting self-esteem and offering a sense of accomplishment and belonging. Physical activity has provide to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and can be act as therapy by removing stress from our daily routines. 

Helping those with mental health issues not only improves their lives, but the communities as a whole.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

Our approach to sport as therapy is designed to boost both mental and physical wellbeing. We offer a multi-sports club for children as well as teambuilding activities, single and multi-sport tournaments for adults. Our programmes are not only focused on physical activity, but also on building positive connections and developing a sense of togetherness. We understand that physical activity alone can’t solve all mental health issues, but it can act as a powerful tool to help individuals manage their symptoms, control emotions and improve their overall wellbeing. 

In addition to our sport services, we also offer free mental health discussion groups that are led by trained professionals and provide a safe and confidential space to enhance learning about mental health topics such as how to control anger, dealing with the loss of a loved one and relationships.
